Gerald Lung was born February 23, 1938 in Clinton, Oklahoma to Hallie Belle and George Warren Lung. He passed away March 8, 2010 at Elk City, Oklahoma at the age of 72 years and 15 days.
Gerald moved with his parents to Elk City at the age of 8 and graduated from Elk City High in 1958. After high school he began working for the Elk City Daily News and was their mail clerk at the time of his retirement Gerald loved music, CB radios and keeping up with the city on his scanner.
He was a member of the Church of God.
He was preceded in death by his parents and 1 brother.
He is survived by his 1 Brother, Albert Lung and wife, Alice, Planview, TX; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends, as well as special friends Tater, Teddy and Chi-Chi his Chihuahuas. |
