Alma Clellene Richardson was born August 23, 1939 in Sayre, Oklahoma to Clella Carmen and Connie Allen Myers. She passed away March 6, 2010 at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 70 years, 6 months and 13 days.
Alma grew up in the Sweetwater and Bulo communities. While in high school at Sweetwater she enjoyed playing and being the star of the basketball team. After graduation, Alma remained in western Oklahoma and in 1961 was blessed with the birth of her daughter. She was married to Doyle Edward Richardson at Canadian, Texas on February 14, 1976. After their marriage they moved to the Foss, Oklahoma area until 1980's when they moved west of Sayre to make their home. Alma enjoyed taking care of her dogs, horseback riding, watching OU football and spending time with her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
As a tribute to Alma, the family would request that friends attending the services would wear crimsom and cream.
She is survived by her 1 Daughter, Connie Winslow & husband Steven, Elk City, OK; 3 grandchildren, Carlos Myers & wife, Kandra, Wellston, OK; Stevanna Winslow, Elk City, OK; and Reydon Winslow, Wellston, OK; 4 great grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Emily, Madison, Gracie, 2 brothers, Errol Myers & wife, Helen, Edmond, OK; and Connie Myers & wife, Cheryl, Burnet, TX; 2 nieces, Jennifer and Heather, 2 nephews, Shane and Colin and a host of other relatives and, friends.
