F. &quot;Chink&quot; Beaty was born May 17, 1920 in Cheyenne, Oklahoma to Carey Mildred and Leo David Beaty.  He passed away February 21, 2012 at Elk City, Oklahoma at the age of 91 years, 9 months and 4 days.

Chink graduated from Cheyenne High School in 1939 and was married to Lila Muriel (Davidson) at Sayre, Oklahoma on February 20, 1940. They had just celebrated their 72nd wedding anniversary. They made their home on the Gyp Creek Ranch, four miles east of Cheyenne.  Chink was a rancher at heart and was an excellent cowboy and horseman.

He was a member of the Cheyenne First Baptist Church, served as a Deacon for nearly 50 years and was a member of the choir.

He was preceded in death by his parents and 1 brother, L. D.

He is survived by his Wife,  Lila Muriel, of the home; 2 Daughters,  Chiquita Spillers, Elk City, OK; Darlene James and husband, Pat, Elk City, OK; 2 Sons,  Tom Beaty and wife, Debbie, Elk City, OK;  Bill Beaty and wife, Renee&#039;, Cheyenne, OK; 11 Grandchildren, 15 Great Grandchildren &amp; one on the way, his best friend,  Billy Chalfant, Edmond, OK; and a host of other relatives, and friends.

Visitation will be at Whinery-Savage Funeral Service in Elk City, Wednesday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM and at Rose Chapel Funeral Service in Cheyenne on Thursday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.  Services will be held Friday, February 24, 2012 at 10:00 am at Cheyenne First Baptist Church officiated by Terrell Romberg and Dennis Hooper.   Burial will be at Cheyenne Cemetery under the direction of Whinery-Savage Funeral Service. (Vaal) and Arthur Frederick Kurzendoerfer.  She passed away February 20, 2012 at Elk City, Oklahoma at the age of 51 years, 7 months and 27 days.

Marianne grew up in Evansville, Indiana and later moved with her mother to Elk City, Oklahoma in July 2009.  Marianne was a joy to her family and loved to sew,  print, going out to eat and visiting with her brothers and sisters.

She was a member of St. Matthew Catholic Church.  

She was preceded in death by her father.

He passed away February 17, 2012, at Elk City, Oklahoma at the age of 62 years, 3 months and 4 days.  

Larry grew up and attended school several years at Port, graduating from Dill City in 1968. He was married to Donna Kay Shirley at Dill City on August 1, 1969.  He then attended Oklahoma Christian College, earning his Bachelor of Science degree, double majoring in Business Administration and Bible. 

Following college, he and Donna returned to Dill City to farm and ranch. In 1996 he, along with his son, Chad, began CFR, a hydraulic repair and fabrication business.
 
He was preceded in death by one brother-in-law, Mike Black.

He is survived by his wife, Donna, of the home; 3 children, Chad Church and wife, Meggan, Elk City, OK, Brad Church, Tulsa, OK, Kaylynn Whinery and husband, Chris, Elk City, OK; 7 grandchildren, Casady Paige, Cooper Don, and Collin Dean Church, Ethan Maxwell and Luke Anderson Church, Kyron Christopher and Keaton Silas Whinery; his parents; 2 sisters, Lana Black, Dill City, OK, and Lori Barnett and husband, Bill, Sentinel, OK; 1 brother, Lecil Church and wife, Denice, Sentinel, OK; and a host of other relatives and friends.

<description><![CDATA[<img src="http://www.whineryfs.com/components/comObituaries/obituarythumbnails/138_115100.jpg" alt="Frank Davis" />Frank Norris Davis was born November 22, 1926 near Mayfield, Oklahoma to Mae and Levi Davis.  He passed away February 13, 2012 at Elk City, Oklahoma at the age of 85 years, 2 months and 21 days.  
Frank had a twin brother, John, who only survived a short time after birth and their mother died soon after. Frank was taken in by his uncle John and Aunt Ida until he was old enough for his dad to take care of him.  He went to school and lived most of his life in the Sweetwater area.  Frank was a natural athlete.  He enjoyed playing basketball, baseball and roping calves.  He always had a good horse and was a cowboy at heart. His favorite thing was cutting wheat, which he did until he was 80.  
Frank served his country in the army during World War II and after his discharge, he returned to the Sweetwater area where he farmed and ranched. Frank later owned and operated a hotshot service and construction company.  In his 60&#039;s and 70&#039;s he worked for a large construction company and traveled extensively throughout the United States. He also served many years on the Sweetwater School Board.  
 He was preceded in death by his parents, a grandson, Gregory Hutson, a great grandson, Gabriel Davis Johnson, a twin brother, John, and 11 more siblings.
He is survived by his children;  Jean Hutson and husband Harold, Elk City, OK, Johnny Davis and wife, Vicki, Sweetwater, OK,  Jeff Davis and wife, Lisa, Sterling, OK, Jimmy Davis and wife, Jamie, Walters, OK; 11 grandchildren, Shonda Wimberly and husband, Carl, Andy Davis, Brian Davis, Bailey Crosby and husband Jerrad, Lyndsay Davis, Celeste Davis, Jarrett Davis, Taylor Davis, Ty Davis, Brett Hutson and wife, Krystal, Brandi Hutson; 11 great grandchildren,  Celeste, Merrick, Katie, Cameron, Nikyla, Jaden, Lake, Mady, Baylor, Averie and Jarren; his only surviving sister, Inez Davis Shirley, Davis, OK and a great number of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.

She passed away February 12, 2012 at Elk City, Oklahoma at the age of 84 years, 10 months and 2 days.

Ruby attended school at Sayre and made her home in western Oklahoma before moving to Elk City in the early 1950&#039;s.  She worked in home health care until her retirement. Ruby loved to garden and tend her flowers.

She was preceded in death by her parents and all her siblings.

She is survived by her daughter, Kathy Ann Burnett, Lexington, OK; 4 sons,  Ronnie Stone, Elk City, OK, Bob L. She passed away February 10, 2012 at Erick, Oklahoma at the age of 73 years, 3 months and 5 days.

Bernice spent her childhood years in Erick, Oklahoma, Amarillo, Texas and around the Long Beach, California area. She returned to the Amirillo area in the late 50&#039;s before she was married to Edwin Gray Laster at Manchester, Iowa on September 19, 1961. In 1967 Bernice and Edwin returned to Erick to make their home and raise their children. After raising her children, she furthered her education by attending Aladdin Beauty College at Altus, Oklahoma. After graduation she worked at the Erick Nursing Home. Bernice then attended Clarendon Nursing College where she obtained her LPN certificate. In the late 70&#039;s and early 80&#039;s she owned and operated her own antique shop and enjoyed quilting and collecting antique glass. Bernice was also a member of Erick First Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, 1 sister, Donna Sue Montana and 1 brother, Ronnie Daniels.

She passed away February 2, 2012 at Clinton, Oklahoma at the age of 79 years, 2 months and 19 days.

Betty Jo grew up in the Flomot, Texas community. She was working in Lubbock, Texas where she met Jack Aldridge and they were married at Clovis, New Mexico on January 16, 1952. They moved to Oklahoma and made their home in the Retrop/Carter area. A few years after Jack passed away, Betty Jo moved to Elk City. She lived at the Fairview Village where she also was employed and was an active member of the Fairview Baptist Church. She had recently moved to Clinton where she was a resident of Grace Living Center. Betty loved to crochet and had made thousands of doilies, afghans and other pieces. She was an avid football fan and loved to watch the OU Sooners and Dallas Cowboys. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and 1 sister, Louvaine Scaff.

He passed away January 31, 2012 at his home in Sayre at the age of 87 years, 1 month and 27 days. 
Ralph grew up on the family farm near the Berlin community. After his graduation from Merritt School, Ralph began working in the oilfield and his lifelong career of farming and ranching. He worked hard all his life and was very proud to be a &quot;tiller of the soil&quot;. He was married to Vivian Hargrave on May 13, 1989 and they made their home in Sayre.
He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers, Howard and Warren.
He is survived by his wife, Vivian, of the home; 3 sisters, Diane Carter and husband, Kenneth, Sayre, OK., Juanita Scott, Sunnyvale, CA., Wanda Webb, Elk City, OK; a stepdaughter, Lou Ann Hargrave, Enid, OK.; many nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
